About HCG
In the first two days of taking HCG drops, you should eat very calorie-rich foods, fat and high sugar content included. There is no limit to the number of calories or the types of foods that are consumed. Candy, cookies, ice cream, fried foods, etc. are all acceptable foods. It is important that you “load” correctly is a very important part of the plan. Do not start charging if you have not yet begun, with the drop of HCG. Dinner:

Green Onion Soup
Green onions (amount allowed)
2 c vegetable broth
1-2 t liquid aminos
Parsley 1 t
1 t zsweet
1 / 2 t paprika
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 t dill
1 / 2 t thyme
1 / 8 t cayenne pepper or chili powder
1 / 8 t celery seed
Short steam cook the green onions.
Preheat a saucepan over medium heat.
Chop green onions simmered.
In a saucepan, sauté green onions in a little vegetable broth for a few minutes, then add the parsley zsweet, seasoning peppers, salt, dill, thyme, celery seed and cayenne pepper. Saute 1-2 minutes.
The remaining vegetable broth, reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Fish lemon pepper
100g whitefish
Juice of ½ lemon
1-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 / 2 t black pepper
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 t ground cumin
1 / 8 t turmeric
Specify the type of fish in a small bowl. Garlic, pepper, salt, cumin and turmeric. Make sure to coat both sides.
Cover and marinate at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400
Place fish in a nonstick baking dish and cover with the marinade.
Bake 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness, until fish flakes easily flakes.
Squeeze with lemon juice.
Serve.
Crockpot Swiss Steak
Steak 100g
T a Shake ‘n Bake
1 T liquid aminos
3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 stalk celery – sliced
1 onion – sliced
1 tomato – diced
1/2-1 c beef broth
Preheat pan MED-HI heat.
Sprinkle steak with liquid amino acids.
Dip steak in Shake ‘n Bake coating on both sides.
Add steak to the pan and brown both sides.
Transfer steak in slow cooker.
Cover with the garlic, celery, onions and diced tomatoes.
Top with beef broth. Do not move!
Cover and heat on low until it reaches desired doneness.
When you are done, serve immediately, and cover with the juice from slow cooker.
Note: This dish has three vegetables, which are intended only for the taste. When cooking is finished, you can vegetables, or choose only one of them (as we will not let you mix the vegetables on Phase 2 of Dr. S) to eat.
Asparagus Frittata
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
Asparagus (authorized amount)
1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 T dried onion, chopped
1 T water
Parsley 1 t
Salt / pepper (to taste)
Tabasco (optional)
Heat a skillet over MED.
Snap off woody ends of asparagus and discard.
Let the asparagus into 2-3 pieces each. Add the pan with the garlic and cook until tender.
Preheat oven to 400
In a bowl, eggs and water. Add asparagus, onion, parsley, salt / pepper.
The mixture in baking dish non-stick (or a dish with baking paper).
Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes to cook.
Top with Tabasco (optional) and serve immediately.
Orange Ginger Chicken
100g chicken – cut into pieces
Black pepper
orange – cut into 1/4s
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 T fresh ginger (about 1 / 2 “-1″ long piece of peeled and chopped)
1 / 2 t basil
Juice of ½ lemon
Heat a skillet over MED.
Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
Add chicken to the pan and fry until brown on all sides, about 5-10 minutes.
Add the garlic and 1 min.
Squeeze the juice of the orange slices over chicken.
Peel orange and separate into sections. Add the orange, ginger, lemon juice and basil. Mix well.
Cover and about 20-30 minutes.
Note: This includes your meat and fruit of this part of the meal.
